SPICHAT SERVICE AGREEMENT
Rules for video chatting with strangers on Spichat, written to make responsibilities, boundaries, and service limits easier to find.
Meet the applicable age and legal requirements for your region.
Leave boundaries intact and use block or report when needed.
No exploitation, fraud, harassment, abuse, or technical interference.
CHAPTER 01
By accessing or using Spichat, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our safety guidance, and any additional rules shown within a feature. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Spichat on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
CHAPTER 02
You may use Spichat only if you meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements shown for your region or distribution channel and are legally able to enter this agreement.
Keep account credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
CHAPTER 03
Features may differ by device, region, account status, age, subscription, or product version. We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Matching and social features introduce you to other users; they do not guarantee a particular person, relationship, response, availability level, or outcome.
CHAPTER 04
You may not use Spichat to harm, exploit, deceive, harass, threaten, stalk, or violate the rights of another person. You must follow applicable laws and all safety and community rules.
Attempting to bypass controls, moderation, access restrictions, technical safeguards, or account enforcement is prohibited.
CHAPTER 05
Do not assume another user is who they claim to be. Protect passwords, payment details, precise location, identity documents, verification codes, and other sensitive information.
You must have all permissions needed before recording, saving, publishing, or sharing another person’s image, voice, messages, or personal information. Local law may require every participant to consent.
CHAPTER 06
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload, publish, send, or otherwise make available through Spichat.
You grant Spichat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and moderate that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service, subject to applicable law and privacy settings.
CHAPTER 07
Some features may require payment or use virtual items, coins, subscriptions, gifts, or other digital benefits. These items are licensed, not owned, have no cash value outside the service, and may not be transferred or redeemed unless we expressly allow it.
Payments may be processed by an app store or other provider. Their billing, cancellation, tax, and refund rules may also apply.
CHAPTER 08
Depending on the circumstances, we may warn a user, remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with valid legal requests.
We may use automated systems and human review. Moderation is not perfect, and the presence or absence of action does not mean we endorse user content or conduct.
CHAPTER 09
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. It is the primary reference for data rights, cookies, service providers, retention, security, and privacy requests.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
CHAPTER 10
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Spichat technology, trademarks, designs, content, or other intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit protected service materials except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
CHAPTER 11
Spichat may rely on or link to services for authentication, payments, analytics, hosting, support, distribution, or other functions. We do not control third-party services and do not guarantee their availability, content, or security.
Review the terms and privacy notices of any third party you choose to use.
CHAPTER 12
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the identity or conduct of users, or any particular social or personal result. You are responsible for evaluating interactions and taking appropriate precautions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spichat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by user conduct, user content, third-party services, unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure credentials, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by law.
CHAPTER 13
We may update these Terms and revise the date above. Material changes may be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
You may stop using Spichat at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related provisions—will continue to apply.
